Richard serves as the Operating Principal for seven market centers, including Garden City, Woodbury, Franklin Square, Manhasset, Massapequa, Brooklyn, and Manhattan within Keller Williams Greater Nassau. In this role, he provides high-level leadership, strategic oversight, and guidance to ensure consistency, growth, and operational excellence across all locations.
With a focus on vision, culture, and performance, Richard works closely with each market center’s leadership team to align goals, strengthen systems, and support agent productivity. He plays a key role in driving long-term profitability while maintaining the standards and values that define the Keller Williams model.
